What are the delivery charges for orders from MAIQQ e-shop?

  • Collect orders in our physical store – free (“AuSra Studio”, Calle Crevillente 30, 03140 Guardamar del Segura, Spain)
  • Shipping cost:
    • 5 eur for orders up to 75 eur
    • FREE for orders over 75 eur 
When will I receive my package?

We can fully understand that you really look forward to receiving your order.

  • We process your order within 2 business days after the order is placed on the website.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when your order has been successfully placed.
  • You will receive an email when a carrier takes your order from us. If you do not receive it, please contact us by email

Once you receive an email confirming your order has been sent for shipping, you will be able to track the progress of your delivery. You also may receive SMS or email with your tracking link from a post carrier.

Depending on the pieces ordered and the area we are sending to, shipping is generally quoted as being between 1-5 business days. Most parcels arrive within 3 days. 

How to cancel or change the order (ordered items, delivery address and etc)?

You must inform us about the changes or cancellation BEFORE you received “Shipping confirmation” email, i.e. within 2 business days after the date you placed the order.

How can I return my product?

Have you changed your mind and want to return your product? You have a period of 14 calendar days after the receipt date of your order to return the item(s) for a partial or a full refund of your order.

How to return the order? You must request a return for each item before sending it by this email After that you’ll get all instructions.

The items must be returned in a saleable condition: unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable. If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.

A return which would not meet these requirements will not be refunded.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns.

How do you refund a payment?

Once we have received your package, providing the items have been returned in a re-saleable condition your refund will be issued within 10 days.

Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. This can take up to 30 days to show on your statement from the time of issue.

If your card has expired since placing the order, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
